My order has not yet arrived?

In an unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 8-15 days (except for force majeure conditions), please contact us within 5 business days from the approximate delivery date of your parcel mentioned in our order dispatch email. For further details please review our ‘Shipping Policy’.

Can I return/exchange my order?

Yes, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or factory defective merchandise for return or exchange within 21 days from the shipping date (as recorded by the postal service or courier company). Simply contact us or read our return/exchange policy details here to get full assistance with this process.

How do I know what is my right size?

Clothing sizes vary greatly among different designers, brands and countries. Therefore we gladly offer FREE size customization to our customers to ensure that we deliver a PERFECT FITTING Leather Jacket. We send detailed video guides and picture showing how to take measurements in order confirmation email. Furthermore, we call/email each & every customer for size confirmation before dispatching the order.

How can I pay for placed order(s) on FactoryExtreme?

We accept all kinds of major visa/credit/debit cards via our secure payment processor Paypal. You can securely pay for your placed order(s) by entering your visa/credit/debit cards information on our order placement form during Check Out.

In how many days will I receive my order?

Generally we ship most orders within 24 to 48 hours of order placement and in most instances the shipment reaches customers within 5-7 business days or on 5th or 7th business day. At times delay happens due to the fact that we call/email each customer to confirm the sizing before dispatching the order. How would I know if you have received my payment against my placed order?

You will receive an order placement confirmation email with order details on the email address that you used during the check out process as soon as your payment reaches us.
